Shipping Policy

At The Luxury Doll Beauty , we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service and luxurious hair products in a timely and secure manner.

Processing & Shipping Times

• In-stock orders placed Monday through Friday before 9 AM CST (excluding holidays and promotional periods) will ship the same business day.

Out-of-stock or pre-order items will be processed and shipped within 3–6 business days.

 

• PROCESSING TIME for all CUSTOM & MADE TO ORDER wigs will be 10-21 BUSINESS DAYS ! 

Shipping starts AFTER the processing time is completed. 

For all ready to ship units, ship out time is 1-2 business days.

SHIPPING TIME 

Shipping time occurs after the processing period has finished.

 

Shipping Protection
We partner with reliable carriers to ensure prompt and secure delivery. However, we highly recommend adding Route Package Protection at checkout to safeguard your order against loss, theft, or damage during transit.
Please note: The Luxury Doll Beauty Studio is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages if Route protection is not purchased.

Signature Requirement
For added security, all orders containing hair extensions require a signature upon delivery.
